1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Customer") and Unitech Appliances ("the Company"). By accessing our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Service Agreement
When you book a service with us, you agree:
- To provide accurate information about the appliance and its issues.
- To grant our technicians access to your premises for the purpose of repairs.
3. Payment
- Payment must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- If you need to cancel a service, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- Refunds for canceled services will be processed as per our refund policy shared at the time of booking.
5. Warranty
- All repairs come with a 90-day warranty. Should the same issue arise within this period, we will rectify it at no extra charge.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or external factors after the repair.
6. Liability
- The Company's liability is limited to the cost of service provided.
- The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss that may arise from the services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and marketing materials, including texts, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Unitech Appliances and are protected by copyright laws.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. It's your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
